I missed this !
Just IMAGINE what the SNP would with 'Assisted Dying' and the elderly and disabled!
I just learned today they put a DNR notice on my friend who is in hospital, without her next of kin knowing!
We know she did not sign it!

We had the same scenario a few months ago. My dad has MS and takes a UTI frequently, he was admitted to hospital, we phoned to see how he was, the nurse was telling my mum that a DNR had been put on his record even though no one had asked for it and was reluctant to take it off.

It’s so appalling! No one could SEE her, we could only talk to her on the phone, & she was given pain killers that did not help the pain of her broken neck but made her appear senile.

@JonMarcStanley@doonhamer1963 We need a law in Scotland to protect the over 65s
is partly the result of age discrimination culture
As well as negligence and inhuman lack of basic decency towards a suffering person.1 antwoord 1 retweet 2 vind-ik-leuks
1. DNAR forms signed without documented discussion when there was time to have one, are negligence hallmarks. 2. Undiagnosed neck fracture is negligence. 3. Sue. Once settlement reached, publish the case. People need to know what has happened if the patients consent
