So the failure of your Unionist boutique will see the SNP/Alba/Greens winning how many seats in total? 80? 90? Thank goodness we didn't try anything different or the result could have been really bad.

Quite, imagine how much worse it'd be with another chunk of Labour voters going SNP or staying at home.

How much worse could it be than the overwhelming separatist majority you have forecast? What was your predicted total of SNP/Alba/Greens seats? Did you say 90?

No, I have never made a prediction and don't intend to.

Apart from stating with absolute certainty that a pro-UK alliance won't work and will fail worse even than you admit your plan will?

I offer an evidenced argument for that and all I get in response is sarcastic spluttering, so I am confident in that one. But I'm not making a numbers guess, it would be spurious.

Evidence? "No Labour and Lib Dem voters will switch to Conservative. They'll all vote SNP. I just know they will. My plan will fail but your plan would lose more seats. Not that I know any numbers and I won't make a prediction." Which part of this dog's dinner is the evidence?

The bit with the council by-election results showing the Conservatives attracting near-zero Lab and LD switchers. The bit analysing the 2019 GE result showing how Labour's collapse benefited the SNP. The bit about how Tory voters refused to help Jo Swinson beat the SNP. Etc.

Jo Swinson lost her seat for the 2nd time in 3 elections so that proves Lib Dems won't tactically vote Conservative? If these Labour and Lib Dem voters are so homogenous, why don't they all tactically vote for each other's parties? Do you actually mean any of this rubbish?

Swinson shows that even Tory voters are much more resistant to tactical voting than your assumptions allow. And I don't claim that they're homogenous, my argument rests on the heterogeneity of the overall electorate for the pro-UK parties.

Tories booted her over Brexit and boys in skirts. She's not missed. The Peoples Vote campaign was very harmful in promoting the rerunning of referendums.

Only Hen could cite Jo Swinson losing her seat for the 2nd time in 3 elections as proof that Labour supporters won't vote tactically to help a Conservative defeat the SNP.

I cite Swinson as an example of Tory voters not voting tactically to defeat the SNP. For Labour you want the local by-elections and the last GE, both of which I also cite.
