Given that they still haven’t I’m not sure why you’re making out you’ve won some sort of victory. What exactly have you achieved? You won’t take seats from the Greens or SNP & you haven’t convinced labour and Lib Dem to stand down constituency candidates.

For months, we were the sole champions of tactical constituency voting and a list only model. Douglas Ross copied our tactical voting idea and Alex Salmond copied out list model. Why won't we take seats from the Greens? Their seats in Lothian and West Scotland are very winnable.

Because their seats, while winnable, are more likely to be won by Lib Dem, who I’m sure you know, didn’t field candidates in those regions in 2016 but in 2011 they got over 5% of the vote

Oh really? Unfortunately, your tweet shows the danger of relying on information you find on the first page on Wikipedia. Can I suggest you dig a little deeper into the list votes per party in those regions in 2016 and come back to me with a properly researched answer next time?

We have to face a grim truth: Labour, the Lib Dems and the Conservatives are not in it to win it. Possibly it's fatalism, perhaps it suits opposition MSPs to pull in £64,074 a year and have no real responsibility. It's a pathetic state of affairs and they deserve a massacre.

Perhaps, but if their is a massacre it’s the little people that will suffer for the next 5 years. 5 years, it’s a long time.

A basically principle when dealing with a mucky wound. 1. Clean it out. 2. Cut out non-viable tissue that cannot grow to heal and can only turn to gangrene. 3. Wound ends up looking bigger at first but it's in a much better condition to heal, not fester on.

It’s a fun metaphor. The problem is if the SNP get a majority while they might not get an independence referendum they will have five yrs without anyone to hold them accountable For my family and my community, I’m petrified by that. “Cleaning the wound” isn’t worth those 5 yrs

We've been looking hopefully at the wound for 14 years, sometimes angry that it exists, sometimes hopeful it'll just heal itself. Neither has worked. Let's try Savlon.

For the next 5 yrs we’re about to see the SNP unleashed, with likely two very weak opposition parties one of which is led by a man that is far too preoccupied with white people in positions of power. All I know for sure is before 2026 we’re going to miss this current government.

Yep, whose fault is that?
