More seats. See this isnt as simple as replacing incumbents with better candidates. The problem is splitting the list vote hands even more seats to the separatists.

Jonathon the DR... who was backing a 4% pay rise while the nhs is truly underfunded. If he is indeed a doctor in the NHS surely he would want better working conditions over the actual pay rise. I know I would rather be happier in my work place than dreading each over worked shift
