Either Tories can refuse indyref2 at Westminster or they can't. Their campaign so far is the definition of duplicity. Being two faced about the same issue. They are lying at least half of the time. Call them out on it. Either indyref is reserved or it isnt.

I don't think it will get to court. Section 35 allows the Secretary of State to instruct the Presiding Officer not to submit a Bill of the Scottish Parliament for Royal Assent. IndyRef2 joins the choir invisible.

Scot gov can go to court and say the party of the UK gov in the election said vote for us to stop indyref. That's very dangerous.
