Build them on the coast, or next to a pond build with seawater. All UK NPPs are coastal.

Britain is a small island so this is less of an issue. We do need to reboot the idea of using MOX, especially in thorium. A big sell now for NPPs is getting rid of recovered Pu. UK has about 125 tonnes of it recovered.
