A 4% NHS pay rise is not a bribe. The SNP have read the room on this. There has been low wage increases in the NHS for a long time. Yes it means in theory less money to spend elsewhere, but one has to factor in the cost of the loss of staff to other sectors as the econ recovers.
I dont get a pay rise. Staff are represented by unions who collectively bargain.
