A 4% NHS pay rise is not a bribe. The SNP have read the room on this. There has been low wage increases in the NHS for a long time. Yes it means in theory less money to spend elsewhere, but one has to factor in the cost of the loss of staff to other sectors as the econ recovers.
After a decade of below inflation pay rises....ie real term pay cut.

As someone who has never had an above inflation wage rise since before 2008 and a few years with none at all including last year whilst still having to work through most of this pandemic I'm afraid my mind is still unchanged. It's political bribery from the usual suspects
