A 4% NHS pay rise is not a bribe. The SNP have read the room on this. There has been low wage increases in the NHS for a long time. Yes it means in theory less money to spend elsewhere, but one has to factor in the cost of the loss of staff to other sectors as the econ recovers.
The SNP backed down last minute in pay talks. That the private sector has been screwed by government does not mean we screw the public sector to level down.

Nobody suggesting that the public sector should be screwed. The people from the private sector include waitresses, shop assistants & other everyday folk who are struggling & it's not right that only NHS workers get a rise when these people can't even earn a living.
