A 4% NHS pay rise is not a bribe. The SNP have read the room on this. There has been low wage increases in the NHS for a long time. Yes it means in theory less money to spend elsewhere, but one has to factor in the cost of the loss of staff to other sectors as the econ recovers.

Agreed. I didn't say it was. Scotgov has cut covid funding in almost every possible way compared to England. Then come up with a 4% increase for people like my good lady, who works for the nhs and hasn't seen one covid patient. It's a bribe, even if you think it's deserved.

Attack the failings, focus on those. The Nats want to be able to point to unionists and say, look they dont think youre worth it. Thats exactly their game. Please dont play it. We have to be so much smarter than this.
