So, stop whining. I'm happy to suppor the pay rise for NHS staff in Scotland. MPs took 11%, likewise MSPs have done well in recent years. Moving forward we need a broader range of staff and skills.

I can only speak for Drs but you misunderstand the way pay grades work for this group. When our contract was negotiated we wanted a flat payment but employers/HMG wanted a ladder to keep people motivated (these can be withheld) so the pay envelope was balanced around the mean 1/2

But the SNP have a track record of 1) saying one thing and doing something else, and 2) ballsing up anything to do with money. Why should voters even trust this? Especially after it was ruled Sturgeon is an expert at misleading?
