That simple. The issue for years now, is lack of new builds and social housing for single people. That'd be a devolved matter.....

As a so called Dr , I’m sure you will agree the priority is families. Children need to attend schools etc...

What??? Families are priority for housing. Children need a steady address so they can attend school. What do you not understand??

No priority should be people having a home they can afford before starting a family. Rather than having a family that they want someone else to pay for

No they don't because bedroom tax only affects those who are have their rents paid for by benefits

It applied to anyone living in social housing who have a spare room! Nothing to do with benefits

May be educate yourself on it before discussing it a little bit of education for youhttps://england.shelter.org.uk/housing_advice/benefits/how_to_deal_with_the_bedroom_tax …

No, my point still stands! Bedroom tax is a tax on anyone, working or not who lives in social housing! If the property is under occupied, then people are forced to pay the bedroom tax. If a person is on benefits, that’s just tough as per UK gov

It's a tax. It is a reduction in subsidy.
