Bow Group has called for it. Use BIPA to coordinate in the future across British Isles. Open border vaccinationts if EU blocks cooperation.

My only doubt is May.Johnson hasn’t been the most reliable witness in the past. But it is the right way to go. It would salve a lot of wounds caused by The UK’s ‘sudden’ withdrawal.

BIPA needs to used MUCH more now we are out of EUCO. Very obvious for me pandemics need managed within physical borders ie CTA, Schengen. The HPRA could allow even unlicensed vaccines on a compassionate use basis. If not, UK should offer vaccines at the border.

The MHRA has, it could approve meds unilaterally even within the EU. Is Ireland's setup so different? Ireland could use the DCP pathway and dare EC to challenge it. http://www.hpra.ie/homepage/medicines/regulatory-information/medicines-authorisation/licensing-procedures …
