Best done quickly and with finality. Brussels has blown it. No point crying over it. The deal doesnt work. Article 16 then 349 to limit damage. I did say to you this would eventually happen :)

It is. It is a solution in force now elsewhere. Esoteric mad blustering fiddles were folly and arrogant on both sides. Did they listen? Of course not. This is realpolitik. UK won't be strongarmed like Greece without total political collapse. Deal is unworkable.

The issue here is down to AZ not fulfilling contract obligations. It is not a power play . If AZ had held up what it had promised there wouldn't be a problem.

Wrong. Contract has been published and is clear. Best efforts is not legally binding. Contract to supply the UK first and fully is clear.
