I am a GMC registered doctor. I've treated patients. I'm held to account for medical opinions I offer. Which is why I rarely do. It matters because public trust is essential.
It is my duty of candour as a doctor to inform you that @devisridhar is wrong...

Where exactly do you feel that Dr Sridhar has presented herself as a clinician? Are you a clinician?

Right but are you a practicing clinician? What is your specialty?

What is your point and why do you feel that is relevant to my questions? I am accountable to the GMC as are you for any clinical comments I make. I am a member of the RCS. I do not practice currently and I have chosen not to for my own reasons.

Aren't you criticising
@devisridhar for lack of clinical experience and training. Isn't it true that junior doc clinical rotations (your highest clinical training) involve little/no training in public health and epidemiology? I don't understand why you feel qualified to comment.1 antwoord 0 retweets 18 vind-ik-leuks
She has no clinical qualification or body to hold her to account. I make no claim to be a public health physician.
