Of course it means the next Parliament should not feel bound by the deal. 1. Kick out EU vessels from UK waters. 2. Divert UK catch to domestic sales and non-eu exports...no business survives on eternal 50% discounts on sales. 3. Revoke NI protocols, go for Article 349 instead
