7. It may still vote with everyone else on EUCO to make Scotland an EU member without a formal accession process if Scotland bends down far enough. That's not Scottish independence but that's a different matter. So

8. Spain would only block Scotland's accession to the EU if it did not recognise Scottish independence. It can and will continue to stonewall Catalan nationalists because it can and would LOL at why the UK buckled so easily. Seriously, do some history.

ECB takes over, Euro imposed, accepted as a price for "indy" Deficit reduction plan imposed by Eurozone members. Generous transition phase built in. EU are excellent at winging it when it suits.
