Anyone in government ever thought of buying North Sea fish that isn't in highest demand and using it in #freeschoolmeals?
Herring, Mackerel, Sardine can all be presented to children (like mine) in a tasty way. Good for their brains and builds good habits too.

In Netherlands and Poland matjes are very popular. In Germany Kibbeling is popular in the North West. Portuguese sardine dishes are fabulous. Why export our fish when we can import their recipes and use our resources at home?
