If the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline is not struck or shut down over the next few months I'll be surprised. It would hurt Baku and keep Moscow happy by removing 750,000 barrels a day from European oil markets. Pipelines are very vulnerable. It is crucial peace is established.
A more pressing issue than ever as we switch from nuclear and coal to wind, gas is needed to back it up. Of course gas is much harder to store than oil

Then perhaps we'd better off not getting rid of the coal and nuclear. Just in case the wind doesn't blow or Putin closes the gas valves (again). We used to have one of the most secure energy infrastructured in the world. Then successive goverments trashed it.
