Snozzell's nice, probably my favourite cask dregs so far have been from Jaipur - I dunno if Thornbridge still use their original yeast that allegedly came from Holts via Kelham Island and from there went to Buxton & Brewdog, but it's a goody. Not sure mine survived lockdown tho.
Years ago I acquired the old F40 yeast from S&N and I've been told these definitely used that early on. To be fair its a very plain flavour. US05 I think would be fine.
