Poetry Pharmacy: Meet the poet who prescribes verse instead of pills to 'patients'http://news.sky.com/story/poetry-pharmacy-meet-the-poet-who-prescribes-verse-instead-of-pills-to-patients-11897035 …
My issue is misusing well defined clinical professional terms. The overuse is chronic and does not need any expansion. The whole setup uses clinical imagery as a reputational shield.

No it's explicitly 'quack doctor' imagery as a piece of theatre, lighthearted so that noone takes that aspect seriously...or most people it seems. It's art & theatre & explicitly not therapy, although there maybe some therapeutic value in a place of community & of being heard.

I assure you
@JonMarcStanley that@emergencypoet does not need ‘clinical imagery as a reputational shield’. As an ex nurse I endorse her terminology —it does not hoodwink. Deb Alma uses poetry to heal the heart and lift the spirit. God knows we need it.Bedankt, Twitter gebruikt dit om je tijdlijn te verbeteren. Ongedaan makenOngedaan maken
