If there’s a no deal Brexit Northern Irish agriculture will go off a cliff. Worth remembering that agi is different in NI than rUk: farms smaller, far more dependent on EU grants, and employs far more. Farming is lifeblood of many communities- many of them unionist
So let's have capital grants and investment vehicles to handle the farm economy. Solutions v possible

I think even unionist farmers might be less than hopeful that government in London will do that!

Then they need to lobby their MPs, the ones who show up. Outside the EU Enterprise Investment Schemes and some direct intervention re: new creameries, abbatoirs can add a lot of value to farming there.

How does capital grants and investment solve trade negotiations country to country which is contingent on *time* and diligence? Each country of export will need its own administration. Importing farm equiptment will need its own *time* and administration. Trade laws take *time*.
