Not racism at all. The perception that a country having lost its people and territory twice due to the UK defeating it MAY have a subconcious vendetta against it.

Only an adult Brit still stuck in school as a 12 yr old would think this way. Europe has moved on. You're still harping on about 1966, they won many times & moved on. They're slowly expanding & getting more powerful, we're shrinking & will soon be devolving to county-states...

From what I understand 12 nations took part in the D day landings , the majority were Americans, where do you get the idea that only the UK defeated Germany??

The USSR fought back an invasion after siding with the Nazis. They did so with UK and USA aid else they'd have collapsed. Dunkirk was an evacuation from non-UK soil. The Allied campaign was well underway from the RAF bombing of Germany onwards. Being rude doesn't make you right.
