I think you've missed the point there old chap. 'the law' is a fluid thing with an uncodified constitution & relies on those who interpret it. The charge is: We have an establishment that will interpret any law, parliamentary convention etc to suite its own agenda.

The judgement of the Supreme Court is the law. The Scotland Act is law. The Scottish Government if it acts outside of these will have their actions struck out. No wildcat
