Quite. Personally I feel it’s every straight person’s responsibility to have sex with an HIV-positive LGBT person, just to prove they’re not prejudiced.pic.twitter.com/WZgh0uplS7

It is true that it can't be passed on of PrEP an d antiretrovirals are being used. But she's just jumping on a bandwagon. I'm gay and I'm sick of seeing those fucking flags and Pride everywhere.

You’re 62x more likely to pass it on in the first 4 weeks of contracting HIV. So if you get the virus from person A and then sleep with person B,C,D and E before you have been tested then you are a ticking time bomb.

Initial infection is the hyperinfective stage which is why regular testing really has limits in preventing transmission. It is the combination of extreme promiscuity and unprotected high risk sex that continues to drive HIV spread.

It’s the cruel fact that you at the highest risk when you are untestable. Sometimes the carrier doesn’t know they are spreading the virus.

Correct. PReP has confused the message of protected sex and already in the use Truvada resistance has been noted. Buying it online and using without clinical supervision is very dangerous. Even penicillin needs a prescription, for very good reason.
