China's ambassador to the United Kingdom warned of the consequences of Britain's "interference" with Hong Kong. Liu Xiaoming was given a dressing down after accusing London of forgetting the territory is no longer a British colony http://po.st/qn8lJq pic.twitter.com/ZXzhMFj9Wg
Or @Jeremy_Hunt can make a point that the UK matters rather the UK gov running a mile. It was handed over on clear terms and it is China who is interfering in the JD not the UK. UK is not being anywhere near robust enough.

It’s not the UK’s business. It’s an internal Chinese affair. And the Chinese Ambassador will rightly tell the Foreign Office that too.

JD says otherwise. Time the UK grew some bollocks and started promoting democracy instead of rolling over to a graceless military bully who never shies from blackmailing the international community. It's tawdry to watch the UK so meek and compromising.
