A minimum of 6-8 months is needed to stockpile sufficient NHS drugs for a No Deal Brexit.
I suppose @BorisJohnson’s ‘charisma’ will fix this, will it?
Or is it more that he doesn’t care a jot about the lives his recklessness posturing endangers?https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/brexit-no-deal-boris-johnson-medicine-supply-drug-stockpile-nhs-a8955021.html …

Would you eat a slice of salmon that had been stockpiled for 3 years, Suzanne? Drugs, like fish, have shelf lives. And drug supply chain logistics are fiendishly complex, even without the added regulatory & practical nightmare for pharmaceutical imports of No Deal.

I was saying you’d had three years to sort it out Rachel, as you well know. And why you’d want to stay in an organisation that blocked medicines is a mystery. Unless you really enjoy the scaremongering. Which I suspect you do.

Rachel knows this is nonsense. Companies have stockpiles of medication including insulin. I have emails from pharma companies going back months showing ample preparations were in place before March. Not an issue. But she maybe she has a safe seat to work for so it doesn't matter
