wind = gas sparing gas dependent strategy. Only nuclear will get the emissions down.

We're down to 29% of our consumption coming from nuclear in Scotland, which is quite high (much higher than England, where they are still very gassy) but much lower than renewables and not part of any long-term plan.

The long term plan is wind in Scotland and gas in England and interconnectors between them. In the end, 100% reliance on gas. We just use less than before.
