Not sure I understand but international/non E.U. fees are v high. Little expectation E.U. students will pay them, instead more likely to go elsewhere in E.U. My guess is Scandinavia and Low Countries will do very well from this

Not so much about subsidising fees for foreigners, as getting ahold of extra ££s. Was student rep + therefore privy to some interesting discussions, quite eye-opening. "Need a min no of foreign students if we want to run a decent Biology course" type of thing. Implication is /
