No reason for EU students to pay lss than international students. If fees too high why not raised previously?

Not sure I understand but international/non E.U. fees are v high. Little expectation E.U. students will pay them, instead more likely to go elsewhere in E.U. My guess is Scandinavia and Low Countries will do very well from this

Fine. It's up to them to subsidise fees for foreigners. There is no shortage of demand.
