If people hadn't continuously panicked the public by claiming Brexit related shortages that don't exist this would not have happened. Own your mess. Companies now have weeks of medicines stockpiled

This law will apply regardless of Brexit. It is an emergency tool the government can use at any time and it was produced without full consultation, transparency, amendment or debate. Nobody is saying the general idea is bad. That it is a rush-job is what is worrying people.
