We had our indyref, we rejected independence. We are a union. WIsh Ireland well but a federalising Europe will not suit it.

Yes and ironically one of the reasons some scots voted to remain in the union was fear of being outside the E.U. and having to apply to rejoin. Rerun the ref after brexit and see what happens....

UK does not allow countries to leave. They have to get permission from England.

Laughable ignorance. EU can't change treaties without unanimity and in Ireland's case a referendum. This paranoid drivel really is risible. We changed the Lisbon Treaty and are using shared sovereignty to defend ourselves against an historic abuser accustomed to impunity.
