None of those chemicals are time sensitive. The fluorine containing ones are only for fluoriation. Slaked lime and aluminium sulphate are anything but time sensitive.

It’s not about time sensitivity of the product but the supply chain. Just in time supply chains help keep the costs of goods down by minimising storage costs.

They are dry powders. See my tweets. The fluorine compounds are only for fluoridation which is not essential ( Austria doesn't bother). Sodium silicofluoride so volatile it is shipped in plastic bags as a powder.
