It cannot be used as indicator of sound healthcare planning when it suits the government and not when it doesn't. No issue in scrapping targets personally, but not in favour of cherry picking good news. @MilesBriggsMSP

Unless you had exact same survey in countries all over the world that's impossible. And if we look at comparison of targets etc within UK which is the only comparable nhs systems... Well we know which comes out best
