It cannot be used as indicator of sound healthcare planning when it suits the government and not when it doesn't. No issue in scrapping targets personally, but not in favour of cherry picking good news. @MilesBriggsMSP

Using those who may have cancer as a political points scoring exercise is wrong at best of times but more so when even Miles knows there is acute shortage of Radiologists and Oncologists across whole of UK. They don't drop out of thin air and UK immigration policy does not help.
