We cannot have this decided by a court alone. Judges and juries are not biologists. Overreacting will have one clear consequence, a massive increase in more harmful herbicides.

Why should a new study that is not reliable, verifiable and peer-reviewed be considered in a court of law especially when an existing volume of decades of reliable studies have shown an opposite finding?

What, the quality of ALL the older studies is bad? Every single one which was independently undertaken? Is that remotely possible? Let's generously imagine 6 were allegedly "bad quality" studies and 6 were "good quality", the findings of the good studies are clear enough.
