Only 4 had a unionist majority. But that would have been uneconomically, so those 2 counties who didn't want to 'go along with NI' were indeed forced to.

Wrong, it was a UK vote. We are not federal. Like saying a MP cannot represent a constituency if one ward did not vote for him/her. Just doesn't work. Same applies for any US president in history.
