Regulation works, as demonstrated by the sugary drinks levy, which has been a great example of a tax that has driven change for the better in cutting sugar levels in fizzy drinks. That should now be extended to sugary milky drinks

To those who say this is ‘nanny state’ stuff, perhaps if they don’t care about the personal lifetime cost for children, the costs of obesity related ill health are now estimated to be greater than our spend on police, fire service & judicial system combined.

Don't be silly. We have a duty to our fellow citizens to help them lead better, healthier lives, because it saves on Healthcare and other costs in the long run, and so it is IN OUR OWN BEST INTERESTS TO DO SO. Now go away and give your Brain a chance.
