I don't know why I bother with being on committees, extra work in my own time and it just causes me grief 😔 no wonder junior docs are so apathetic, when you try to help you get shouted down

Anyone seen *anything* about how IM and ACCS-AM are going to interact?

Only having 2 sets of scrubs and working 8 shifts in a row makes clothing myself really tricky

It's an exciting day today! We're introducing a brand-new product! And it's the perfect garment for those cold Ankh-Morpork mornings!

But also because I don’t know what I would do differently if I were to sit PACES again next week. I performed in the exam like I would in real life.

Been thinking about why I’ve reacted so strongly to failing. I think it’s because at work I get really positive feedback and this is the first piece of negative feedback I’ve had in 9 months

Was wrong, they are out and I failed. Failed on physical examination, identifying physical signs, differential diagnosis and clinical judgment... but hey, if you need patient welfare maintained, I’m your doc (got full marks there)

Bah humbug, with the bank holiday weekend, I don’t think I’ll be seeing my PACES results until Tuesday at the earliest

Quite apart from the financial implications, this must do wonders for team spirit and continuity of care

We’ve changed how job plans for junior doctors work. Other hospitals are now copying us. We’ve changed how rotas work. Other hospitals are now copying us. We’re changing the concept of acute care. Don’t just watch what we do next. Be part of it.

Looking ahead at my working week got a 12-21, three 15-24, then three 22-8... I think I'm going to be quite tired by the end of the Easter weekend

An absolute must read: a story we can all relate to and advice we can all follow. Our campaign is not going away; the responsibility is both individual and organisational. The way we look after those who look after everyone else is a safety critical priority

Follow up Q, if you don't, why not? What changes could make you more likely to use it?

We're struggling with getting information out at RBH so I'm wondering so a quick strawpoll; as a junior doctor do you frequently use your work email address?
