A management rule says if you make intelligent people follow stupid processes, you will not get smart processes. You will only get intelligent people doing stupid things. I think we've reached that point where we have too many intelligent people doing stupid things.

I too have been describing our current situation as the #TowerofBabel. Exactly how I describe discussions with my family members. #SocialMedia silos have made us incapable of communicating. we no longer live in the same world. 🙁
