"All industries" ...all 1st/2nd world societies. This isn't just about the changes going on in business, but in society at large. How humans are sustained and trade value has to change as the majority shifts into being unable to acquire entry level physical work.

I agree with that statement. I wish I had a magic answer for how we solve this social dilemma, but theres no ah-ha! answer. I'd say people have to keep up with the changing times and keep their skillset 'updated' to protect themselves. Our government isnt going to do it!

Unfortunately there are too many people, with population increasing rapidly. Even if everyone were able to keep up/maintain a skillset, there wouldn't be enough jobs. One idea seems to be basic income, but I don't know if it's sustainable or not. Pop control isn't popular either.

A good question to ask here is how many warehouses has Amazon added since 2013? While if accurate, this is a big number, you have to see that number in the context of their business growth.
