It's nothing to do with them - these companies are too huge. Of course, this Reaction Video tickbox would still need a further dispute, or maybe then it can move into a Fair Use argument.

This way labels, film studios etc could have a blanket policy for reaction vids on a new release (they're CLEARLY sought after). We are seeing HIGH level channels having to quit because they can't earn any money, and that is of no benefit to anyone involved.

I think there's solutions here, we just need to help the labels etc catch up to this new form of media, much like the games industry had to a few years ago. If games still had the same thought process as music, we'd have no Ninja, no Tfue, no Dunkey.
