He was pressured into it by the WCBS hosts, but agreeing to an impromptu Saturday AM debate ends up being a pretty smart tactical move for Cuomo. Now he gets to say he agreed to a debate, even if it was literally thrown together mid-interview with 24 hrs notice.

How you guys let him get away with this nonsense is amazing. If this was Donald Trump you’d all be having heart palpitations that this is an affront to democracy. There should be TV and Radio in the room with both candidates sitting there. Shouldn’t be that hard.
