Waiting lists are at a record high. The priority must be an investment and staffing plan to give patients the care they deserve. Hancock’s ill thought through top down power grab reorganisation should be abandoned.

Interesting Govt Ministers increasingly uncomfortable justifying the cut. They should remember: 1) They’re the ones who left social security so threadbare to begin with; 2) They’ve already significantly increased taxes, especially on low incomes; 3) Winter looks like a crisis.

We can end new cases of HIV by 2030 but only with proper funding and an ambitious plan. I’m proud to support campaign urging to fund and deliver this scientifically possible goal.

The new Tory tax. It’s not fair. It won’t work. And they won’t come clean on the hit to our public services.
