Just got physically attacked by a homeless person at Safeway in San Francisco. The guards watched it. The cashier saw it. Other shoppers gasped. But no one did anything. And just like that, I had to ignore it too. Wonder how long will this all continue. SF is not safe.

Yeah, homelessness is a big problem but arresting and throwing them in jail is not the answer - i don’t know if tweeting

Violent offenders - understanding the reasons and addressing the causes is more important - no one wants to be hurt by this and I can understand the sentiment - it doesn’t really solve the core problem and costs a hell of a lot more
