    I'm very proud of the people I work with for encouraging diversity in Congressional offices. As of 12/21, people of color accounted for 31.25% of top staff hired by newly-elected U.S. House Members

    Newly-elected House Members hired 10 chiefs of staff who are people of color and 26 White chiefs of staff. The newly-elected Senators have hired no top staff of color and three White chiefs of staff. See in our charts:
