The last set of real data we have is 2017. The US was about 2 years behind comparable countries. We had obesity rates of 38% vs 18% comparable. Obese live 5-14 years less. Take mid range of 10 x the 20% differential = 2 years (entire difference). COVID exacerbated delta recently
