2) Now is the best time for this move. Because if we would fail to change what we wanted in playstyle, in future both parties would be harder to get a replacement. We believe it's the best time for us to find a better fit and for Johan to get into a decent team as well. 3/4

nice idea to try and skip what happened to many great CS:GO teams! they were hesitant to change and did not change enough, in the wrong moment, with the wrong players available

We just imagined what would happen if we would need to do this move in next April for example. Both us and Meddo would likely to have problems finding a new player/team.
