Ugly Betty was one of the first shows I watched that featured LGBTQ individuals and storylines. It made me feel seen and heard and that things would get better in my life as a confused gay kid in the Midwest. Such a tragic loss.

Nooooooooo. I'm just a viewer who loved Ugly Betty, But, this made my jaw drop. I don't know the details, but, we must be kind and build each other up. He created a show about love, true beauty, and self-acceptance. We must all find a way to keep the light he brought to us.
