I work with this target age group and nearly 100% find these adds hilarious and pretty pathetic. We may call them snowflakes but they don’t recognise themselves as such and won’t be told they are.

But they are the queens of labels, so why not label them?

I get what you’re trying to say but we as a generation don’t tend to identify as ‘snowflakes’ or ‘me me me millennials’, feel like its mega out of touch to think that we do and proves that whoever is in charge of this needs to get out and learn a few lessons before spending £££
